 As you are aware that National Conference -2024 of the Parishad for all the members with families of Bharat Vikas Parishad & friends is being held on Saturday and Sunday the 28th & 29th of Dec. 2024 at Lovely Professional University, Delhi-Jalandhar G.T. Road, Phagwara, Punjab being hosted by BVP Punjab West Prant (North-I). The Conference will commence at 10.00 A.M. on 28th December, 2024 and will conclude at about 2.00 P.M. on 29th December, 2024 and will be followed by lunch. 

Delegate Fee and other charges are as under:-

Delegate Fee:

a)	Single	Rs. 1500/-
b)	Couple	Rs. 2500/-
c)	Guest Single	Rs. 1500/-
d)	Guest Couple	Rs. 2500/-
e)	Late fee after 30 November, 2024.	Rs. 500
f)	Driver can be registered without registration fee with the approval of admin

Accommodation Fee

1. Dormitory per person per day Rs. 300/- (Dormitory is 4 bedded well maintained and is 5 minutes walking distance from the Karykram Sthal)
2. Hotel 3 person sharing per person per day Rs. 700/- 
3. Hotel (Deluxe) 3 person sharing per person per day – Rs. 1000/- 
4. Hotel (supper Deluxe) 3 person sharing per person per day Rs. 1500/- 
5. Hotel 2 person sharing is also available 
   (i.e. Rs. 2100/-, Rs. 3000/- & Rs. 4500/- per day per room)
