Prant  Workshop: 2014
Punjab South
: Workshop of the Prant was held on 1
st June 2014 at Zira. Rakesh Sehgal, Zonal General Secretary Zone-I presided over the meeting. Various subjects were touched by various senior office bearers of National, Zonal & State. The ideology of BVP, Duties, responsibilities & Protocol, Tips for the Success of Function, Organizational Structure & Expansion, Sanskriti Saptah & Permanent projects, National Group Song competition. Maintenance of Account books, Bharat Ko Jano & GVCA were touched by Sh. S.S. Chawla, National Secretary., Shriniwas Bihani, National Secretary. Prof. Ashok Gupta, State Advisor, Dr. Rajesh Puri, Zonal Organizing Secretary Sh. Raj Gupta, State Patron, Sh. Raj Watts, State President, Sh. Lajpat Rai Goyal, State Finance Secy. Sandeep Watts, State V. President, respectively. Meeting was summed up by Sh. Rakesh Sehgal.

State Workshop
The State workshop was organised at Zira, (Firozepur). 120 delegates from 22 branches attended. The purpose for the workshop was to acquaint the newly elected branch office bearers with the ideology of BVP. Dr. Anil Kalia Zonal Chairman Zone-I, presided. Sh. Sewa Singh Chawla, Sh. Sriniwas Bihani, Sh. Sat Pal Narula (National Secretaries), Sh. Jai Pal Garg and Dr. Rajesh Puri (Zonal Secretaries) were the main speakers.

Sh. Raj Kumar Gupta, President welcomed the National, Zonal, State Office Bearers and the delegates from different branches. Dr. Anil Kalia threw light on the philosophy of BVP and highlighted the thought of Swami Vivekananda for service of Mankind and motivating the youth for their role in development of the National character. He also answered the queries of delegates during mukt chintan.  Shri Sriniwas Bihani, (National Secretary Vistar) explained the set up of Parishad and its working at Branch, Distt, State, Zone and National level. He set the target of branches to 45 against the existing 36 and membership to 2100.

Sh. Jai Pal Garg, Zonal Secretary explained how to organize various projects under Sanskriti saptah. During the second session Sh. Dr. Rajesh Puri explained how we can reach to the society to spread the ideology of Swami ji through the projects among school children and the youth. He acquainted the members with various sewa projects being taken up by Parishad. Sh. Raj Kumar Gupta spoke about how to make the projects a success and how to make branches effective among the society.

प्रान्तीय कार्यशाला: 2010
मलोट, पंजाब दक्षिण
: भाविप की प्रान्तीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन एडवर्डगंज गेस्ट हाउस में किया गया। एकदिवसीय कार्यशाला का शुभारम्भ माननीय श्री हरीश जिन्दल, राष्ट्रीय संगठन मन्त्री ने अपने कर कमलों से ज्योति प्रज्ज्वलित कर किया।

माननीय राकेश सहगल जोनल संगठन सचिव जोन-1 ने कार्यक्रम के आयोजन के विषय में अपने विचार व्यक्त किये। कार्यक्रम में राष्ट्रीय संयोजक प्रो. एस.पी. नरूला ने सेमीनार लगाने के बारे में तथा राष्ट्रीय संयोजक प्रौढ़ संस्कार स. सेवा सिंह चावला ने संस्कार प्रकल्पों बारे विस्तार से जानकारी दी। कार्यशाला में प्रान्त की 23 शाखाओं के 146 प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया।

 इस अवसर पर मलोट शाखा द्वारा एक डीप फ्रीजर (मृतक देह को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए) जनता की सेवा में समर्पित किया गया।
